I was communicated how much it would take time, how much it would cost and that helped me make a more informed decision and also plan on using my waiting time better. The staff also made sure that all disinfecting procedures are followed properly which I appreciate.

  I received a complementary letter in the mail for a oil change & multi point inspection. So I stopped in to make the appointment. I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue so it was the first time ever at the dealership. So Steve in service was the one who helped me out & after my experience there I'm telling you Steve is the BEST, he explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on & was also very helpful.

  Mike kindly found time for my car on a busy day to perform an oil change, tire rotation and multiple point inspection. He also informed me of my car’s need for special services because of it’s age and mileage. I am definitely going to return to Nissan 422 for these services because like Mike, all of the employees there are considerate and professional.
